The customer or a designate must be present for vehicle delivery. Any damage must be noted at the time of delivery on the inspection report.
Claim Damage Notification must be made to the Hansen's Claims Department within 48 hours after receipt of your vehicle. The claim with full supporting information must be filed within 30 days of receipt of the vehicle.
